Shana Rocheleau

Strategic Development at bedgear Performance Bedding, has an MBA in Strategy from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Over the twelve years prior to joining bedgear, Shana worked as a buyer responsible for product development, merchandising and category analysis for three major US retailers. Her expertise is targeting products and packaging to most efficiently meet the sales goals and performance metrics of each retail channel. She has also worked as an independent consultant in restructuring manufacturing businesses for optimal profitability and market success. Shana has been with bedgear since the inception of the brand in 2009 and leads new business initiatives, including the company’s professional sports sponsorships and event activations, as well as their current international expansion. Bedgear is a high-growth company that was ranked #26 for Consumer Products in the 2012 Inc. 500 awards, and was recognized in the 2013 and 2014 Crain’s NY Fast 50.
